Our Philosophy
A love letter to Parisian cafés, brewed in Minnesota
We founded LoadTest Cold Brew 2 with a simple, uncompromising vision: to marry the romance and meticulous craft of a Parisian pâtisserie with the warmth of our Prior Lake community. Every morning begins at 4:00 AM, laminating butter into croissants and setting our signature 18-hour cold brew to steep.
We source our beans exclusively from local Midwestern roasters who share our obsession with micro-lot traceability. Every cup we pour is a celebration of origin, temperature, and slow, deliberate mornings.
